  1. WinRC is a free resource compiler for Visual Basic 4.0

  3. - It creates Res-file for VB4(16 bits) or VB4(32bits)
  4. - It accepts long file name
  5. - It accepts Bitmap, Icon, String and Wave resource.
  6. - It works in the Win95 environnement
  7. - No syntax. Simply, select the resources and compile.

  9. WinRC is FreeWare (no registring)

  11. For installing, execute SETUP.EXE
